Why do I need to provide consent?
As a part of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation which takes effect the 25th of May 2018, does all companies and organisations need to obtain consent for the personal data they collect and process.

Who do I give consent to?
You give consent to GoMentor. In addition to this does GoMentor have a Data Processor Agreement with all mentors, including the one you have chosen.

What information is being processed?
The information you provide to GoMentor or your mentor via GoMentor are the informations that are being processed. It can be (but are not limited to): name, age, gender, contact information, address, chosen username, uploaded image, information about mental health, sexuality.

How is my information processed?
GoMentor process this data when coordination the contact to the chosen mentor. Your mentor process the data in relation to your sessions. The storage and process of the personal data is done as long as needed – hereafter it will be deleted.

Can I revoke my?
Yes. You can always revoke your consent. You can do that either from your dashboard or by contacting us.
