What is Counselling? What can I expect from it?
- It is part of the health professions.

- It is a "talking treatment" when you face a conflict, want to make sense of your individual circumstances or - among many others, when you are about to make life changes.

- However in overall, it doesn’t have to do with giving specific pieces of advice, although some situations require positive guidance, as for example, toward further education and training - by means of information.

- The end result of counselling is leaving you better equipped to cope with the present and future and accept your past.
