I am a qualified Personal and Professional Life Coach practising in and around Surrey and London and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I spent the earlier part of my career working in the area of mental health in and around London. I have worked both within the NHS and the private sector and with a wide range of individuals with many complex needs. I have had further training across the disciplines of psychotherapy and coaching. These include an ICF accredited coaching training programme, a Foundation Course in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and an Introduction to Group Analysis. Coaching Coaching is about breaking old habits and making new ones to help you achieve the results you’ve been dreaming of. It is a powerful and effective way to initiate real change forever, enabling people to have more fulfilling, successful and happy lives. Within each of us are the skills and resources needed to fulfil our individual potential. However, sometimes we just need some help to extract that key information. Coaching can help you sort through difficult issues and move forwards in a more positive way. It allows you the chance to focus on what is really important for your personally defined success and wellbeing and work towards achieving it. Topics • Work/Life balance • Confidence in the workplace • Career change • Ambition and achievement • Redundancy • Loss of direction/motivation • Assertiveness • Self confidence/self esteem • Health, fitness and wellbeing • Eating disorders • Stress and anxiety • Relationships • Depression Appointments I work through one to one open and honest discussions that are structured to enable real learning and insights to take place. I can offer both face to face and telephone coaching, depending on your needs or commitments and what works best for you. Most sessions are 60-90 minutes in duration depending on where we are along the coaching journey. I work both locally to my home in Surrey and I also am able to see people in central London locations - both close to the City (EC1V) and also W2. I can offer sessions both during the day and into the early evening Monday – Friday. Fee Structure Prices start at £75.00 per hour. I include email support with each session.
