The advantages of having online services mean that there are no physical restrictions for both you and your counsellor, it is often much cheaper compared to traditional in-clinic sessions, and has shorter waiting times.

Online sessions require an internet connection and can be used on a PC, Mac or via our app on an iPad and iPhone.

Adina Tarry is an experienced Accredited Coach and Business Psychologist with 9 years of delivering a people development portfolio of services, following 20 years in business as a functional specialist with leading global technology and high R&D driven companies: IBM, Alcatel, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb.

Her business experience provides an excellent platform to gain trust and establish rapport with coaching clients, due to her credibility and ability to understand a client’s business context and requirements.

Having worked on three continents, across 6 countries, she gained an unusually rich life experience and cross cultural savvy, which enables her to be highly empathic and also meet her clients in their personal and cultural paradigms and use language skills if necessary.

As a practicing coach since 2002, Adina has cumulated over 2000 hours of work with a wide and international range of clients on personal and work related matters: career, executive, performance, personal development, emotional intelligence, work/life balance, cross cultural, succession, transition, change and transformational issues.

Adina’s coaching style is positive, empathic, supportive, empowering and focused on successful outcomes. Adina does not believe that “one answer fits all”. Her coaching approach is tailored to each individual client. Each coaching program is a unique journey that she undertakes along her clients, for the duration that they feel is necessary.

Adina also works as a Visiting Lecturer in HR and Business psychology related subjects. This academic involvement has provided for her a highly stimulating and informative context, related to current research and theoretical thinking on effective management of people and talent in organisations. Adina enjoys sharing her knowledge through professional contributions to conferences and presentations as well as professional publications.

A great believer in professional standards, her commitment to continued professional development is unusually diverse and extensive and some of her qualifications include a diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching - with Merit, a certificate in Personal Coaching, a NLP Diploma, a Certificate in solution focussed coaching, Level A and B occupational testing qualified.

On a personal level, Adina delights in all the arts, is interested in science (particularly quantum physics and space projects) likes travel, cultures, languages, yoga, dancing and is also a published author of literary fiction and poetry.
