About Sheena Crossan

Working in the area of Adult Learning, Sheena became aware that many people felt unsure of their skills and felt very alone and isolated.
She created courses to develop skills in areas to support people who are having a difficult time while building confidence and strengthening bonds with others.
Sheena is an Accredited Couple Counsellor and Young Person's Counsellor. She has also worked as a Volunteer Counsellor with Childline for four years.
Previously, Sheena has been involved in Humanitarian Aid in Bosnia( 1995) and in setting up a project to send boxes of toys and school stationary to Bosnia.
She attended Aberdeen University, she went on to have extensive experience of different situations from living abroad in Ireland, Germany and USA, working in organisations from small family businesses to NASA.
