I am a coaching psychologist and executive coach. I have been coaching for 10 years following a successful senior management career within global, ‘blue chip’ organisations. I combine my management/organisation experience and psychological training to provide challenging, rational and pragmatic facilitation and guidance.
I passionately believes in the huge, frequently hidden, potential of others. Realising that potential can lead us to significant achievement and deep personal fulfilment. I work with individuals and teams to enable them to discover their capabilities, supporting them in the process of realising their potential, and overcoming obstacles on the way.
I am fully trained and accredited in a number of psychometric instruments and development tools. I am a Member of the British Psychological Society and the BPS’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology, a Member of the Association for Coaching, a Graduate Member of the Society for Coaching Psychology, and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
I have B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology (1984), Masters in Business Administration (1998) and Masters in Occupational Psychology (2005).
