About Rosalyn Harrison
Her career began in the Caribbean, and she has lived in West Africa and a number of European countries. This multi cultural back drop has positively influenced her work with young people and adults by illuminating issues of diversity.
Rosalyn has experience in both the public and private sectors, facilitating transformative change at both individual and organisational levels. Key roles in the past ten years have included post graduate teaching and supervision, psychotherapy in a GP practice and private clinic, and coaching. Rosalyn’s main therapeutic orientation is CBT which she believes offers a model for prompting personal and professional change.
When not working Rosalyn can be found exploring the canals on her narrowboat Titch, or with a glass of wine watching a good film – either of which smooth the journey to inner peace and happiness. “Enthusiasm is excitement with inspiration, motivation, and a pinch of creativity.”
