I am a hypnotherapist based in Bristol but also offer online sessions throughout the UK and around the world. My aim is to help people get rid of the emotions and behaviours they don't want and feel more motivated and postive about the things they do want.
It is a great experience to help to find a solution to something which may have been a problem to someone for many years. There are many changes people want to make in their lives. They may have a phobia that limits their lives; they may have low self confidence and feel they don't get the most out of their lives; they may be in pain; they may want to control their weight or stop smoking.
Use my calendar to book a hypnotherapy session to make a change in your life.
Many people are put off by the popular misconceptions of hypnosis, but are keen to use it once they find out more. The opportunity to help people is incredibly rewarding and people are amazed at the results.
I really do love being part of that change and seeing the difference it makes to people's enjoyment of life.
I combine hypnosis with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), Chinosis and also EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I may use only one of the techniques or I might use a combination. Some clients may feel more comfortable with one method than with another. What really matters is not the technique but the change we achieve.
I have a a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in CBT. I am an NLP Practitioner, an EFT Practitioner (Adv) and a Chinosis Coach.
I have also attended specialist courses in CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), medical hypnotherapy, ME and chronic fatigue syndrome, childbirth, depression, pain management, EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing) and Advanced Meridian Therapies (EmoTrance, TAT and BSFF).
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and The Society of NLP. All members adhere to the Code of Conduct that governs our working practices. The most important consideration is the welfare and satisfaction of the client.
I see clients on an individual basis in my office in Bristol (Tue-Fri) but if you are unable to get there then I can still help through internet or phone sessions.
