I am trained in several models of therapy so am able to provide CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for issues such as anxiety, panic attacks and depression and EMDR, which stands for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, for short term work on trauma. Humanistic integrative approach which blends person centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and focus therapy for longer term issues such as childhood sexual abuse, interpersonal and attachment issues.
I am developing my practice in third wave CBT which includes compassionate mind therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy incorporating mindfulness.
I am a firm believer of holistic therapies and if appropriate can direct you to an excellent local Reiki and crystal therapy therapist. I believe we are all unique and will adapt my therapeutic approach to your needs.
