I am down to earth, good at listening and capable of having a "big" conversation. I am also good at gleening information and using it to help you make changes in your life.
I aim to provide a comfortable secure environment where you are able to talk about anything without any fear of being judged or considered strange. Through discussion ,new perspectives and insights may be gained as well as the ability to review past happenings in a different light .
My approach is analytical and takes into account a persons background(parenting),relationships and past and present experiences.
I have no reclining Budhas, smoking candles,or sprinkley water ,just a real ,effective, common sense approach to difficulties and problems.
