Michelle is the author of “Transforming Stress to Success” and the designer of the Stress to Success Training Program. The basis of the training is that the high energy stress response can be transformed into one of resilience and peak performance, through obtaining a balance between the physical, the emotional and the psychological aspects of the individual. The complete program looks at lifestylechoices, relaxation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and the repetition of specific techniques and strategies to achieve lasting positive change on a neurological level. The training is followed up by a 4 week individual coaching program to integrate and facilitate the new skills and strategies into everyday life.
Michelle was one of the first in the UK to qualify as a Mindfulness-Based Master Practitioner of NLP. She has two diplomas in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, is an Advanced Practitioner and Trainer of Meridian Energy Therapies, and a qualified Life Coach. She has had enormous experience helping others overcome their fears of public speaking, interview/exam nerves and other performance anxieties. She has also worked extensively with clients suffering from chronic illness caused by chronic stress.
