In both my counselling and coaching practice I work to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment where you can talk freely about your problems. I work with you collaboratively in finding ways of addressing your specific issues. We then look at different techniques and skills you can use to move forward.
My counselling approach is integrative, which means I have a foundation of different approaches to pull from when working with clients. My approach is flexible and adaptable to each of my client’s specific needs. My foundation of approaches includes the person centred approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
My aim is to work with clients to develop a sense of inner peace, to facilitate their own personal growth and the development of their own personal power.
