Description

Welcome! My name is Margarethe and I am committed to supporting you in any area of your life that might be challenging for you at the moment. I provide a friendly and safe environment with clear professional boundaries so that you can explore those issues that create unhappiness, stress and pain for you at present. It may be that you have lost a loved one or that you suffer(ed) from emotional and physical abuse or neglect, or maybe you struggle with relationships or suffer from anxiety, depression or low self esteem. Whatever it might be that prevents you from enjoying your life at present, I would like to support you on your journey and I will carefully listen to whatever it is that you would like to share with me.

I will offer you an atmosphere that will enable you to share your story and move towards making peace with people and situations that have caused you so much sadness, pain and anger. As part of our work I might offer you breathing-and relaxation exercises as well as various art materials to enhance your explorations and to add creativity to our work.

I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work according to its code of ethics.

I offer confidential, person centred/gestalt therapy sessions on a weekly basis for as many weeks as you feel that you need the support.
