I am examined Gestalt Therapist (4 years of psychotherapeutic training) and offer you a present and serious treatment in individual therapy and group therapy. (Group therapeutic courses are offered periodically).

In the therapeutic setting I help you discover something new about your way of living and about your relationship to yourself and to others. Together we examine your resources and your limitations and you will experience a clarity that can help you make choices and create the change you need.
WHO GOES IN THERAPY AND WHICH ISSUES ARE DEALT WITH?
Psychotherapy is both for men and women, young and old people. As a client, you have something to say - maybe it's hard to put into words, but something inside of you is not as you wish. For others, the problem is formulated as burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, lack of stating limits, marital problems, eating disorders, grief or crisis. The only requirement to you as a client is your readiness to open up - at a pace that is safe to you.
WHAT IS GESTALT THERAPY?
Gestalt therapy is a classic therapy, based on an existentialistic outlook and working with both feelings, thoughts and bodily expressions.
Many people know the feeling of injustice and may ask the question: "Why should this happen to me". To create a meaning in life and not to lose ourselves, we have to live through the feelings of emptiness and meaninglessness in our search for an answer. During the therapeutic work you will develop insight and understanding of who you are and it becomes possible to decide what is important and what is unimportant to you in your life and you will get a sense of meaning with your existence.
Overall, the goal of therapy is to help you to discover and integrate your own resources, to regain faith in yourself and take responsibility for your own life.
HOW DOES A THERAPY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
The therapy takes place in a setting with no expectations to the client and where individual needs and pace are recognized and respected. The therapy is based on the theme presented by you and then I choose the therapeutic approach. Depending on what is needed, the therapy will be supportive, guiding, challenging and integral. In order to improve the clarity of the therapeutic work I use the Gestalt therapeutic methods to help make the therapy experience-oriented.
In Gestalt therapy it is also possible to work with your unconscious aspects shown through dreams, fantasies, emotions and in various bodily tensions. By putting emphasis on experiences outside of your attention, you get to know yourself better. I work seriously with your nightly dreams and the Gestalt therapeutic method ensures that the answer to your dream comes from you. If you cannot remember your dreams, you can also work with that.
Among other things, I have had success in helping clients with grief and loss, stress, anxiety, self-esteem problems, relationship problems, career challenges and students with both private issues and challenges regarding their study.
I have worked with clients in individual therapy and group therapy since 2007 and have also worked within teaching, coaching and project work in public appointments. Here, I have worked with children, young people as well as adults, including people with disabilities.
