NEW PROJECT ‘A Week Out’
o A week in a Chambre d’Hote or Gite in Lamalou les Bains, a spa town in Herault in this beautiful part of France.
o Daily one, or one and a half hour, therapy appointments with Juliette in the neighbouring small village Le Poujol sur Orb. (A short drive or a 20 minute walk through beautiful woods.)
o Time to take stock, away from the intrusion and stresses of work, life and relationships.
o A chance to think about where you’ve come from, where you are now and where you’d like to be.
o An opportunity to explore some ideas and strategies for making changes, for developing yourself and your life.
o Free time between sessions to walk, to swim, to relax in cafes, to take advantage of the thermal baths and massage treatments, to go to the local cinema, markets, places of interest near at hand (the Mediterranean, Canal du Midi, mediaeval villages, Gorge d’Heric and so on.)
o Follow-up telephone work on your return home.
