At GoMentor online sessions are held via a stable and secure video platform, which is specially designet for use with psychologists, therapists and coaches.

The advantages includes that there are no physical restrictions, and that it's often cheaper and has shorter waiting times. GoMentor's platform for online sessions is stable and secure (encrypted), which means the security and confidentiality is best in class. The platform is approved by the Danish psychotherapist organisation.

Online sessions require an internet connection and can be used on a PC, Mac or via our app to iPad and iPhone.


I am a Lifestyle Coach and my aim is to help you to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life. I work with indivduals to achieve a healthy state of mind and body which enables them to lead happier and more successful lives. Often our beliefs and ideas of what we can achieve in life or what we deserve from life, can create barriers to us achieveing our maximum potential. By working with you through your body and mind I can help you to achieve your goals. Depending on your individual needs my coaching approach may include: Weight management and nutrition Exercise and fitness Breathing and relaxation Meditation I currently work with private clients on a one to one and group basis. I am MCIPD qualified and have over 10 years experience working in Human Resources within medium and large organisations in the public and private sector. The majority of my roles invovled coaching and advising Senior Managers and enabling them to achieve their organisational goals. Having always had a passion for health and fitness and in particular Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga I took a change of career. I am a qualified yoga teacher (REPS level 3) and Gym Instructor (REPS level 2). I have undertaken further qualifications in nutrition + weight management, nutrition for sport, circuit training, core stability work, and anatomy + physiology. I also work with a mental health charity offering breathe, meditate, relax sessions. Individuals who attend my sessions report a higher sense of wellbeing, peace and calm. This includes the ability to manage intense emotions like panic and others have reported a better sleeping pattern. I contribute and write for a local magazine "Community" about Health and Wellbeing issues.
