Helena is personal development and executive coach who qualified in 2005, and is a member of the Association for Coaching. She has coached people from the media, particularly the BBC where she worked for over 20 years, from the NHS and the Medical and Legal Profession. Helena promotes the real value and importance of the coaching process as part of on-going self development. Her coaching style is relaxed, open, supportive and practical. She says “coaching is a one to one partnership between coach and client and enables people to realise their full potential, to expand their horizons and thereby take back control of their lives”. Coaching is about getting results, which must come from within the client….”if it’s to be, it’s up to me” but sometimes we need a little help along the way. Helena specialises in coaching people who are facing redundancy, who are facing a career change, who need to feel more confident when managing upwards, life coaching, work/life balance issues and coaching executives. Helena has now started 'Coaching for Carers'.
