I am a qualified Life Coach and Occupational Therapist with 15 years of experience working within the NHS and privately.
I specialise in self esteem, using cognitive behavioural therapy and life coaching to enhance peoples ability to embrace change and deal well with transitions.
I help and support people to make sound, well thought through decisions at times of transition and chage such as: recovery from ill health, loss, separation or significant life events. At such times the new 'blank canvass' may feel overwhelming and too huge to contemplate.
I offer an intial free life audit over the telephone to assess your current level of self esteem and clarify areas to work on together to direct your energy effectively to reach your desired outcomes.
You then can chose whether to work over the phone or face to face if local. I offer various options including email contact between sessions.
