Personally, I want to contribute in making the world a better place to stay, by inspiring people to develop themselves, live their dream and connect them in my network with people who can give support. That is why I started as a coach in my own company Bizzy bE in 2011. I can coach in English, Dutch and German.
My goal at work is to develop an innovative and effective policy for continuous improvement which is implemented and supported by the workforce and management.
In my spare time I help out as a volunteer by being a bartender at the local community centre and participating in a social project of the local authority (maatjesproject). On a national level I assist and coach several charity organisations, such as Les Vaux and de Oppepper, by making myself and my knowlegde available at their benefit in different assignments. Also I am involved in organising a concert in 2012 to raise awareness in the fight against cancer. This will take place simultaneously in the Netherlands and in Belgium.
