As a member of the British Psychological Society, the BACP, AC, CCC, AEPH UK & Canada, CNCP Italy, I adhere to the ethical codes of practice outlined by the psychological society and the individual governing boards of professional practice. Membership guarantees both proof of professionalism & up to date methodologies. As an examiner in Psychology, Counselling and Coaching in the UK, Australia and Newzealand, I am constantly updating approach and knowledge.
My work is rooted in Gestalt & CBT Therapy though have an eclectic approach stemming from my qualifications in NLP, Family Mediation and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Sessions are based on a collaborative model in which value and sustainability are fundamental, clients are part of the planning process and consulted about goals, directions and responses to the process and methods of therapy.
More importantly, diagnostic procedures, conclusions and case notes are available, transparent and understandable to clients (no jargon or theoretical or technical terms but explained in plain, simple language)

With over 20 years experience working in Professional Training in a wide spectrum of contexts: Clinical, Educational & Corporate I feel I can give clients seeking both clinical and professional help my experience gained in the two areas. The key premise of all of the work I carry out is to take individuals &/or groups to a higher level of heightened awareness of current behaviour to be in a position to evaluate current mind frames and consequential behaviour and develop more constructive and beneficial ones.
