I have been a nurse for over 30 years have worked with many many people and have counselled all through this work. A few years ago I took the Diplomas in counselling and psychotherapy. I have seen and heard so much in my life that I am not easily shocked. I will be able to help you. I very much enjoy helping teenagers or adolescents and have many young people who still call me to say hi years after they have left therapy/counselling.
I have worked with the police in custody cells so am used to working with addicts of all types. I have a fully enhanced CRB which is a must when working with young and or vulnerable people.
